Pablo Luis Blanco
In R&D Engineering, I help companies find bespoke solutions to automate manual production processes. I specialise in improving efficiency, quality control and plant safety. I use this website to attract clients or secure a position in a quality management or R&D department. I am 40 years old, I am bored of doing nothing all day and I spend my time reading about the latest developments in technology and electronics. My favourite pastimes are: listening to music, learning new languages and making sure I don’t forget the ones I’ve already learnt (I speak Spanish, Basque (Batua and Oiartzuarra), English, German and Galician; I have a basic understanding of written French). I have worked in many companies where I have learnt to operate both heavy and light machinery; I am the sort of worker who takes ideas home and develops them at my own pace, without the pressures of working hours.

The Secret of Success
My knowledge of industrial electronics and mechatronics gives me access to a wide range of expertise, enabling me to develop projects that others are unable to recognise as feasible.
Analysis and development
First, I analyse, think things through and see if there is one possible solution or several for the project.
Preliminary design
A rough sketch is drawn by hand in pencil to illustrate how the process would be automated.
Continuous improvement
Using the drawings and dimensions of the parts to be machined, a 3D design of the project is created, incorporating all its parts and specifications, along with the drafting of an instruction manual.
prototyping
I am not funding the prototype myself; however, if you wish to bring the idea to life in physical form by means of a small-scale prototype, we can draw up a quote, assemble it and demonstrate how it works, with a view to subsequent development on a larger scale.
